Blue Zones The Center Aziz Farms

Blue Zones Project Palm Springs, The Center’s Community Food Bank, and Aziz Farms have launched a landmark partnership that will bring fresh, locally grown produce directly to Palm Springs residents who need it most. Beginning August 4, The Center will receive recurring deliveries of Coachella Valley–grown fruits and vegetables — marking the first time a Palm Springs food bank has sourced produce directly from a local farm. The collaboration strengthens the region’s food system, reduces waste, and expands access to nutritious foods for the more than 22,000 people who rely on The Center’s Food Bank each year. Leaders from all three organizations emphasize that this partnership is about dignity, community health, and ensuring that local harvests nourish local families. With support from Blue Zones Project Palm Springs, this initiative sets a new standard for how communities can work together to improve well‑being across the valley.
