PALM SPRINGS, CA — Sequins, Santa, disco balls, and dancing shoes are set to illuminate downtown Palm Springs as the Palm Springs Gay Men’s Chorus (PSGMC) officially announces its highly anticipated 2026–2027 concert season.
Returning for its second season at the beautifully restored, historic Plaza Theatre, PSGMC will feature more than 130 voices across two larger-than-life productions celebrating music, joy, humor, and showmanship.
Holiday Spectacular: Jingle Jangle Jazz Hands! (December 2026)
PSGMC kicks off the festivities with its annual holiday celebration, wrapping cherished seasonal traditions in sequins, sparkle, and signature flair.
Show Highlights
- Vocal Power: Backed by a live 7-piece orchestra, 130+ chorus members deliver rich harmonies across classic and modern arrangements.
- Featured Repertoire: Includes Broadway and Hollywood favorites, from the opening strains of “We Need a Little Christmas” to Randol Alan Bass’s soaring “Gloria” with brass ensemble and organ, alongside the swinging rhythms of “Let It Snow.”
- Special Guest Appearances:
- The glamorous Billy L’Amour joins the Chorus for a performance of “Santa Baby.”
- Local icon Palm Springs Baker makes a guest appearance during the festivities.

Spring Disco Party: Boogie Shoes: The Disco Show (April 2027)
In April, PSGMC trades holiday bells for bell-bottoms, transforming the Plaza Theatre into Palm Springs’ largest dance floor with a high-energy tribute to the 1960s, ’70s, and ’80s.

- Iconic Anthems: Setlists feature music made famous by ABBA, Donna Summer, the Bee Gees, KC & the Sunshine Band, and more.
