Well slap me silly and butter my biscuits! We are through the Oscars, but the controversy surrounding that “slap seen ’round the world” will endure. As John Taylor highlighted on KGAY 106.5, it was a great night for LGBTQ+ women of color and that speech by Ariana DeBose brought tears to many of our collective eyes!
Speaking of women, I was honored to attend the L-Fund Starlight Soiree Saturday where we provided Melissa Etheridge tickets for the auction. I learned that The Dinah’s last hurrah is this week as the Chevron Open moves to Texas next year. But not to worry, Mariah Hansen still has the Club Skirts/Dinah Shore weekend in the fall.
