The Greater Palm Springs Rodeo Corporation and the HOT RODEO production team welcome everyone to the 2017 Palm Springs HOT RODEO. Rodeo weekend kicked off yesterday at Trunks Bar-Cathedral City as country dancers competed for the first of many competition buckles this weekend.
Friday, head over to the Baymont Inn & Suites (host hotel) from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM for the Hot & Wet Cowboy Pool Party. Bring Your Own Towel. Auction and Entertainment. Contestant registration begins at 5:00 PM through 8:00 PM at the Baymont Inn & Suites.
Friday night has two welcome parties: Azul – Women of Gay Rodeo Welcome Party – starting at 7:30 PM; and Tool Shed Welcome Party – starting at 9:00 PM.
Saturday rodeo competition will be held at the A.C. Dysart Equestrian Center in Banning, CA. DANCING UNDER THE STARS, sponsored by Chill Bar Palm Springs, will begin at 7PM in the parking lot at the corner of Arenas Rd & S. Indian Canyon Dr.
Sunday rodeo competition continues and don’t forget Community Goat Dressing! Sunday evening wraps up rodeo weekend at Azul with awards and buckles.
