Palm Desert Food & Wine, presented by Agua Caliente Casinos, has unveiled its highly anticipated 2026 lineup, promising one of the most exciting culinary festivals in Southern California. The event, produced by Palm Springs Life Events, will take place March 19–22, 2026 along El Paseo in Palm Desert, bringing together food lovers, celebrity chefs, winemakers, distillers, and artisans for a weekend of flavor and community.
This year’s festival will feature some of the most recognizable names in the culinary world, including Curtis Stone, Jet Tila, Alex Guarnaschelli, Nancy Silverton, Zac Young, and Afrim Pristine. Guests can expect live cooking demonstrations, exclusive tastings, and unforgettable culinary creativity from these celebrated talents.
A major highlight of 2026 is the debut of the Carte Blanche Grand Tasting Experience, an elevated event designed for true food and wine connoisseurs. Hosted in a luxury tent setting, this curated experience will showcase fine wines, artisanal bites, and elevated presentations, offering guests an indulgent and intimate atmosphere.
