Travelers at Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) can now enjoy two exciting new additions to the airport’s culinary lineup: TRIO and Vino Volo. These openings are part of a significant refresh of PSP’s concessions, which includes seven new dining locations and four new shops.
TRIO brings its signature American cuisine and specialty cocktails to PSP’s Sonny Bono Concourse, marking the second location for this Palm Springs favorite known for its delicious flavors and mid-century flair. A staple of the Uptown Design District, TRIO is now “Where Palm Springs Eats” right at the terminal, offering a lively modern interior with desert-inspired vibes.
Vino Volo, an award-winning wine bar, has opened in PSP’s open-air courtyard. Beloved by wine lovers nationwide, it provides a serene space for travelers to relax before takeoff with curated wine flights, craft cocktails, and gourmet bites.
These new spots join other recently opened local favorites like Las Casuelas Terraza, Coachella Valley Coffee, and The Pink Door (pre-security). Visitors without a boarding pass can explore these new offerings through PSP’s free Stay & Play Visitor Pass, available at flyPSP.com/StayAndPlay. These developments are part of dozens of ongoing improvements at PSP.
