Living Out Palm Springs Pool

Presented by Living Out – Elegant Communities For Active LGBTQ Adults

Pretty much everyone who comes in contact with Living Out, Palm Springs recognizes there is something special about this place. There are all the obvious things, like the beautiful grounds, bocce courts, resort-style swimming pool, spas, BBQ areas, dog park, art studio, card and game room, resident lounge, theatre, manicure, pedicure and hair salon, fitness center, Eisenhower Wellness Center, housekeeping, concierge services, a utility-inclusive lease, and, of course, Susan Fenigerโ€™s and Mary Sue Millikenโ€™s Alice B. restaurant and bar.

But there is something else about Living Out that might be a little less obvious but is every bit as important to what makes it feel so special. That โ€œsomethingโ€ is the community of people living here. The residents of Living Out are quite extraordinary. They represent a full spectrum of vocational and avocational experiences and are, almost to a person, active seekers of fulfilling lives. They display an enormous generosity of spirit, reaching out to one another with genuine friendship and caring.

So, with the announcement that Living Out, Palm Springs has been voted the best senior/independent living community in the valley by Best of Coachella Valleyโ€™s reader and viewer poll, it seems appropriate to congratulate the members of our community, the folks who live here,ย for the role they play in making our dream of Living Out a reality.
