One of the unsung events that happens rather quietly each year in Banning is the Hot Rodeo. The organization provides scholarships and donations to many of our local non-profits and works year-round in the community. You may see the members dressed in their pressed white shirts and donning cowboy hats.

This weekend’s events brings in participants from far and wide. Parties are open to all, so find a way to support them this weekend! How does that saying go? “Ride a…”

Happy Mother’s Day weekend! I’m celebrating with my mother in Michigan, and am fortunate to have her in my life for her unwavering support, unconditional love and great baking skills!
