Get your friends together to make room for a weekend of music, community and more importantly – Pride! Palm Springs Pride returns Friday – Sunday, November 6–8, 2026, celebrating its 40th anniversary under the theme “Be Included.”
Greater Palm Springs Pride invites LGBTQ+ people and allies to celebrate solidarity, cultural expression and joy. With the support of the City of Palm Springs, the weekend brings the community together once again through the signature parade, free festival entertainment, and gatherings throughout downtown.
Whether you’re planning a poolside afternoon, a morning run, or a full weekend following the music, this guide will help you get started. Festival and parade admission are free; some surrounding events require tickets or registration.
A Weekend to “Be Included”
This year’s theme speaks to the importance of showing up for yourself and finding community. “This theme is an invitation to embrace your full self,” said Jasmine Sullivan Waits, Executive Director of Greater Palm Springs Pride.
Waits describes the celebration as a place where visitors can find empowerment and solidarity amid continuing challenges to LGBTQ+ rights. The sense of belonging is at the heart of the weekend – whether you’re a longtime local or experiencing Palm Springs Pride for the first time.
“In a time when fundamental rights are under persistent legislative attack across the United States, being ‘included’ is a meaningful act of community strength. Our goal is to ensure that every individual, regardless of where they are from, finds more than just a festival in Palm Springs; they find a foundation for empowerment and community solidarity.”
