The Palm Springs Health Run & Fitness Expo has now become one of the largest events of its kind in Southern California and is the perfect way to start out the New Year. Join nationally recognized health and wellness speakers, healthy food demonstrations and over 80 vendors showcasing the latest in nutrition, exercise techniques and healthy food booths selling everything from smoothies to salads to vegan specialties on Saturday, January 26 from 8:00a.m. – 1:00p.m. Fun for the entire family!
The racecourse is a USA Track and Field certified 10K and 5K with every registrant receiving timed run, breakfast, t-shirt, registration bag and finisher's medal. The 1K Fun Run is FREE to kids under 12 and registration is available on race day, Saturday, January 26. Each participant under 12 will receive a bib (NON-TIMED) and a finisher's medal. Anyone over 12 can register on race day and get the full 5K package, which includes: timed run, breakfast, t-shirt, registration bag and finisher's medal for only $35, or 10K package for only $45.
