Know Your Essentials Before You Go

A little preparation can make your first Pride feel stress free:

Plan Your Arrival
Allow extra time for parking and walking downtown, especially on parade morning. Check posted parking limits. There is plentiful free parking by the Downtown Park off Belardo Road and Tahquitz Canyon Way, plus additional parking near the Palm Springs Art Museum.

Locate Restrooms Early
Portable restrooms are easily accessible throughout the event zone. There are public restrooms near the Rowan Hotel and in the Downtown Park.

Check Accessibility Information
There will be ASL interpretation for the Arenas District and Pride Community Stages, plus designated parade viewing accommodations.

Make Room for Breaks, Mind the Sunshine
Bring sun protection, prioritize water and food stops, and wear comfortable shoes.

Choose a Meeting Point
Agree on a recognizable place where your group can reconnect. Cell towers will be strained, so messages may get through more slowly.
