The vision met its moment of opportunity about two years ago, when Casey Zoltan strode into City Hall to inquire about permits. He’d just relocated his legendary Known Gallery from Los Angeles to the building across the street and wanted a sense of what he could do with his gallery and studio space. “We didn’t even know who he really was at first,” recalls City Manager Doria Wilms, a born-and-raised local with a deep love of art.
