Saxon Brown Wine Pairing Dinner at Zin American Bistro – March 16, 2016
Join Zin American Bistro as they host a wine dinner of five wines and four courses for $89. Meet Jeff Gaffner, winemaker and owner of Saxon Brown and 2012 Fighting Brothers Semillon. Dinner begins at 6:30pm with a menu of pairings that include black cod and chardonnay, pork loin roulade with pinot noir, a slow braised lamb shoulder with zinfandel finishing with a goat cheese tartlet and dessert wine.
