Participating wineries include Tin City Dry Cider, Scar of the Sea Pet Nat Cahrdonnay, Broc Valdiguie, Stolpman Carbonic Sangiovese, Oeno Rose, Hobo/Folk Machine Pinot Noir, Scribe Riesling, Lieu Dit Sauvignon Blanc. $10 per glass or $35 for a tasting of all 8 wines. Saxon Brown Wine Pairing Dinner at Zin American Bistro – March 16, 2016

Join Zin American Bistro as they host a wine dinner of five wines and four courses for $89. Meet Jeff Gaffner, winemaker and owner of Saxon Brown and 2012 Fighting Brothers Semillon. Dinner begins at 6:30pm with a menu of pairings that include black cod and chardonnay, pork loin roulade with pinot noir, a slow braised lamb shoulder with zinfandel finishing with a goat cheese tartlet and dessert wine. “Wine and Dine” at Mr.Lyons – March 24, 2016

Mr. Lyons invites you to “Wine and Dine” for a  wine pairing dinner on March 24 at 7pm. Fiddlehead Cellars dinner and wines of Sta. Rita Hills with Rob Fry of Fiddlehead Cellars.
