To be completely honest, when I found this photo on Instagram, I completely forgot which hashtag I had searched to find it!  I am delighted to present Instgram Karim Harati as this week's #MancrushMonday!  On his profile, the headline describes him as “Doctor. World traveler. Persian. American.”  We will add to that, “Damn sexy.”  We're not sure if he's single, or if he's into men or women, but we can dream, right?
