Lola Rose Grand Mezze, located in the new Thompson Palm Springs hotel in the city’s downtown, showcases Levantine-inspired cuisine with a Californian twist. Since it opened in late 2024, Garcia has already seen repeat customers, consisting of both locals and snowbirds hankering for a taste of something new.
