The new Koffi cafe in central Palm Springs is now open, just in time for the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, which begins April 13. The new location is at 650 E. Tahquitz Canyon Way in Kaptur Plaza (formerly Tahquitz Plaza), a modernist complex across the street from Regal Cinemas and near multiple hotels, the Palm Springs Convention Center and the Spa Resort Casino.
The cafe is open from 5:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with abundant indoor and outdoor seating. Palm Canyon Drive is three blocks west. Parking is available in the rear.
Koffi (www.kofficoffee.com) is the largest independent specialty coffee retailer and roaster in the Coachella Valley. Three other Koffi locations include north Palm Springs at The Corridor in the Uptown district, south Palm Springs near the Ace Hotel, and Rancho Mirage near the landmark Pink Elephant Car Wash.
