Greater Palm Springs Pride has unveiled the official Marshals for its milestone 40th Anniversary Celebration, marking four decades of visibility, activism, and community pride in Palm Springs. With the theme “Be Included” anchoring the weekend, the 2026 Pride Parade steps off on Sunday, November 8 at 10 am, beginning at Tachevah on Palm Canyon Drive and traveling south through downtown to the entrance of the official Pride Festival. This year’s honorees reflect the breadth of LGBTQIA+ leadership, artistry, and service that continue to shape the region and inspire national audiences.
National Grand Marshal — Fortune Feimster
Stand‑up comedian, writer, and actor Fortune Feimster brings her signature confessional comedy and global fanbase to Palm Springs as National Grand Marshal. Known for her three acclaimed Netflix specials Sweet and Salty, Good Fortune, and Crushing It, Feimster has toured internationally and starred in major productions including Netflix’s The Hawk with Will Ferrell and Molly Shannon, FUBAR with Arnold Schwarzenegger, The Mindy Project, and feature films such as Barb and Star Go to Vista Del Mar and Apple’s The Dink. She also co‑hosts the award‑winning podcast Handsome, SiriusXM’s What A Joke Radio, and voices characters in major animated releases including Disney’s Zootopia 2.

Celebrity Grand Marshal — Cheyenne Jackson
GRAMMY and Emmy‑nominated actor, singer, and songwriter Cheyenne Jackson joins the parade as Celebrity Grand Marshal. Jackson’s celebrated Broadway career includes XANADU, Into the Woods, All Shook Up, and Finian’s Rainbow, while his screen work spans American Horror Story, 30 Rock, Glee, The Morning Show, and Julie and the Phantoms. As a concert performer, he has headlined Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and the Hollywood Bowl. His 2025–2026 national tour brings him to Palm Springs for a Pride Weekend performance.

Pride Royalty for Life — Dottie DuBois / Marshall Pearcy
In recognition of 46 years of community impact, Dottie DuBois, also known as Marshall Pearcy of Dottie & Maude, has been designated Pride Royalty for Life. This honor celebrates the legacy of Les Dames Du Soleil and their enduring contributions to Palm Springs’ LGBTQIA+ cultural fabric.
Community Service Award — Gary Moline
Gary Moline is honored for more than 25 years of service in the Coachella Valley. After relocating to Palm Springs in 2000 with his husband Larry Chew, Moline helped found what is now the Palm Springs Desert Winds, drawing on his experience with the San Francisco Gay Freedom Day Marching Band. His leadership includes roles as Artistic Director, board member, and national delegate to the Pride Bands Alliance. Moline has also served on the Greater Palm Springs Pride Board, the Desert Business Association, and the California State Council of the Rail Passengers Association. His civic contributions were previously recognized by the City of Palm Springs Human Rights Commission.
