From internationally renowned sax players to one of the hottest stars in R&B today, The Westin Mission Hills Resort & Spa is hitting all the right notes with its latest “Grooves at the Westin” Jazz line-up.

The Fall concert series kicks off with a bang on October 21, 2017 with Euge Groove and special guest Brian Simpson. Get ready to be treated to the soulful tenor sounds of saxophonist Groove, who has toured with Tina Turner and has been featured on Exposé’s hit singles in the 90s. Get ready for the holidays on November 18, 2017 when Michael Paulo & Friends featuring Grammy-winning and R&B Hall of Fame vocalist Deniece Williams bring their acclaimed style to the Westin. Guests can expect to hear classics like “Let’s Hear it For the Boy,” “Gonna Take a Miracle,” “Free,” and “Silly.” Paulo and Williams will be joined by fellow Grammy-winning artists Gregg Karukas on keyboard, Freddie Washington on base, drummer Land Richard and a surprise guest. 

The series closes on November 25, 2017 with Gerald Albright. Riding the wave of the premiere of his new single, “Taking Control,” Albright is one of the biggest stars in R&B, contemporary and straight up jazz performing today. He’s played with some of the biggest names in music including Quincy Jones, Whitney Houston, Anita Baker, Phil Collins and more. His two solo albums shot to the top slot on Billboard’s Top Contemporary Jazz Chart when they were released, and both were nominated for Grammy Awards. 

The concerts, which all begin at 7 p.m. with doors opening at 6:30 p.m., are open to hotel guests and visitors with individual tickets available from $40-$85.
