Over the last 12+ years, our website has evolved. But in looking back at our initial design, it’s function hasn’t changed much. Today when you click on the website, you’ll see a new design and some definite improvements.
I’m no designer, but I know what looks good. And this site is beautiful, helping you discover what’s happening in #ILoveGayPalmSprings. And just in time…
There will be around 700 members of the IGLTA — International LGBTQ Travel Association — in Greater Palm Springs for their convention this week. Wer’e a member and proud to be sponsoring the conference because it allows us to showcase our great destination.
This isn’t just any conference. Those who are touring our attractions, eating at our restaurants and staying at our clothing-optional resorts spend their lives in the travel industry. So we’ve been spiffing up the place in anticipation of this group’s visit.
I had the pleasure of getting together with some of our fellow worldwide media friends last evening at Alice B. They’re already tooling around town getting first hand impressions of our wonderful Coachella Valley. Over the coming months and years, you’ll see social media, blogs, print articles and hear podcasts and stories all coming from the IGLTA conference.
So put your best hospitality foot forward this week when you see IGLTA badges around town.
P.S. Help us celebrate our new website at the Center Social Wednesday. Details below.
