YOGAFIT Mind Body Fitness Conference

The YOGAFIT Mind Body Fitness Conference will take place January 3-7, 2024 at the Margaritaville Resort Palm Springs. This conference is designed for yoga teachers, personal trainers, nurses & massage therapists.

Join a rich and diverse population of yoga enthusiasts, from seasoned teachers and experienced yogis to first-timers and everyone in between at YogaFit's Mind Body Fitness Conferences. These four-day immersion gatherings, held at hotels and retreat centers throughout North America, offer plenty of opportunities to dive into all aspects of yoga practice. Each day brings a full menu of YogaFit teacher-training courses and workshops, morning master classes and evening programs, and one-on-one time with YogaFit Master Trainers. Brand new to yoga? No better place to start your journey than at a YogaFit conference, where you can take as many classes as you like, try a variety of teachers, learn new techniques, share ideas with those already on the path, and meet tons of new friends.

We are excited to return to Palm Springs and begin 2024 at the Margaritaville Resort Palm Springs 

We’ve got something for every body, every level, and every interest. Begin your YogaFit journey with our Level One: Foundations training, wrap up your 200-hour RYT with Level Five: Unification, pick from an impressive array of electives toward your 300 RYT, or choose trainings from one of our Specialty Tracks. 

Special note from the YogaFit team

Please note: Trainings on Wednesday begin at 11 am and conclude at 8 pm. Trainings on Thursday through Sunday begin at 8 am and conclude by 6 pm.

The Reiki Foundations training will meet on Wednesday from 11 am to 8 pm and on Thursday from 8 am to 6 pm.

The YogaFit for Medical Wellness Training meets from 2 pm to 6 pm on Saturday.
