The much anticipated Halloween Palm Springs On Arenas Road will be returning Sunday, October 29 with the annual T-Dance from 4:00-6:00PM and LIVE PERFORMANCES from 6:00-10:00p.m. The Costume Contest is at 8:00 pm.
