LGBTQ-Affirmative Care
All clinicians are trained in LGBTQ-affirmative care and are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and affirming environment for people of all gender identities and sexual orientations.
The clinic’s foundational therapeutic approach is Affirmative Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This evidence-based approach acknowledges the history, trauma, resilience, and triumphs of LGBTQ+ individuals and supports clients in building healthier thought patterns and coping strategies.

Our therapeutic support groups address a wide range of topics, including:
- Bereavement and grief
- Codependency
- Setting healthy boundaries

- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is especially helpful for individuals who experience emotions intensely, offering tools to better understand, regulate, and accept difficult feelings.
