It all started with a piece of wrapping paper…
Oooh La La opened in October of 2001 in an 800 sq foot store. Our owner came up with the name and theme of the store when she found some darling wrapping paper with Eiffel towers, poodles and the phrase “Oooh La La” on it. The wrapping paper itself, was used as our signature wrap for years.
It was clear we needed more space to provide our customers with a bigger selection and in 2002 Shoe La La opened with an eclectic mix of shoes, purses and accessories. Shortly after, our owner’s family expanded with the blessing of grandchildren! Baby La La was born in the back of Shoe La La with a beautiful and unique selection of baby clothing and gifts that the owner refers to as “Grandma Bait.” What’s after babies? Puppies! Puppy La La opened in 2005 to dress and accessorize the fanciful dogs of our customers.
