The Coachella Valley Repertory (CVRep) is gearing up for its 2024/2025 season, and theatergoers are encouraged to secure their tickets soon. Single tickets for all performances are currently on sale, with a limited number of season ticket seats still available.
The season promises a diverse lineup, opening with “Next to Normal” in November, a powerful exploration of a family’s struggle with mental health. December brings the comedic spy thriller “The 39 Steps,” followed by the romantic “The Light in the Piazza” in January. The iconic rock opera “Jesus Christ Superstar” takes the stage in March, and the season concludes in April with the thought-provoking family drama “Other Desert Cities.”
CVRep is also enhancing its building. New banners announcing the season now adorn the exterior, and lighting is being installed to ensure they are visible at night. This improvement was made possible by the generous support of Fritz Hoelscher and donors to the “Light the Night” campaign. Additionally, the exterior lift, out of service for months, has been repaired.
The Box Office remains open Wednesdays and Thursdays from 12 pm to 4 pm for ticketing needs.
