The Coachella Valley Repertory Theatre, now in its Capital Campaign phase to raise funds for continuing construction of a state-of-the-art live theatre at their new location (once the Imax Theatre), has announced an upcoming May 7, 2018 Groundbreaking Fundraiser. Planned is an event offering wine and small bites, featuring $100 VIP seating at 5PM which will include champagne, a sneak peek inside the new theatre and a branded hard hat as a souvenir. Both VIP and $50 General Admission at 6PM will include small-bite appetizers and wine, sponsored by Willie Rhine and Eight4Nine Restaurant and Lounge. Entertainment will be provided by local jazz celebrity Keisha D and a three-piece band. Guests will have an opportunity to bid on fabulous silent auction items, name a chair in the theatre and purchase other naming rights in CVRep's new home.

Also, heartfelt thanks to Cathedral City's Council members, Mayor Henry and the amazing staff who are willing to have CVRep become a dynamic part of the City's downtown Entertainment Center."
