In the wake of Saturday’s officer-involved shooting that fatally killed Palm Springs police officers Jose “Gil” Vega and Lesley Zerebny, here is how you can support the families of the fallen officers in their time of need. 
The Palm Springs Police Officers Memorial Foundation is the primary source for all donations to the families. You can donate online by visiting https://give.cornerstone.cc/palmspringspoa or by going to the City’s website at www.palmspringsca.gov where you will find a link on the front page to make a donation. 
Citizens can also mail donations to the following address: Palm Springs Police Officers Association, 180 N. Luring Drive, Palm Springs, Calif. 92262. Please specify for which family your donation is intended, or simply indicate both officers on your donation. Anyone interested in conducting an independent fundraiser for the fallen officers should contact the Police Officers Association at info@palmspringspoa.com
