“It’s that time of year again. We’ve tallied the votes, verified the entries, and determined the winners of Palm Springs Life’s annual Best of the Best competition. Our August issue spotlights all 193 of them, with some businesses sweeping multiple categories. (To get the August issue, click here.)
Here’s how it works: Every spring, we invite the public to nominate their favorite restaurants, stores, activities, and attractions across the nine cities of Greater Palm Springs. Anyone with an email can enter, and any business in the designated area is eligible.
In May, our editorial staff sorted more than 5,000 submissions. Votes were cast in 25 categories, each of which can yield up to nine winners, one per city (more in the case of a tie, less if a city receives no votes in a particular bracket).
