Once again, Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage will light up the Coachella Valley sky to celebrate the 4th of July with fireworks and more! The 30- minute show will be from 9:00-9:30 p.m. Sunday, July 4. While watching the night sky sparkle with color, spectators of all ages will also enjoy their favorite patriotic songs simulcast on 106.9 The Eagle (KDGL) during the Independence Day fireworks celebrations. This year’s event will include live DJ entertainment beginning at 7 p.m. and have a “drive-in” theater theme so families can be comfortable in and around their own vehicles and enjoy the show.
“This year, along with celebrating our country’s history, Independence Day has special meaning,” said Darrel Kammeyer, Vice President of Marketing for Agua Caliente Casinos. “After the challenges of the past 18 months we are honored to provide the Coachella Valley community a night out and some great family entertainment,” Kammeyer added. “The big show on July 4th will be at our casino in Rancho Mirage, but our casinos in Palm Springs and Cathedral City will also be celebrating the entire holiday weekend with special events, concerts, and entertainment for the whole family.”
Parking for the outdoor event is free and convenient and can be found on the south side of the Rancho Mirage casino property. It is recommended that viewers arrive early as this year’s show is anticipated to be very popular. Fireworks viewers may also bring their own chairs, blankets, and snacks.
