Palm Springs and Cathedral City are two of the most LGBTQ-friendly cities in California, and they celebrate their diversity and inclusivity with pride events covering both ends of the season. The largest and most popular event is Palm Springs Pride, which takes place the first weekend in November and features a festival marketplace, live entertainment, a parade, and parties. Cathedral City also hosts its own pride festival called Cathedral City LGBT Days, held this year from March 8โ10, 2024. The festival includes a bed race, a concert, a pool party, and appearances by celebrities. Both events attract thousands of visitors and locals who enjoy the vibrant and welcoming atmosphere!
“The LGBTQ+ rights movement has made tremendous strides over the past few decades and much of the progress in visibility is thanks in part to gay pride parades and marches that have taken place in cities around the world.
We have published this calendar to inform the LGBTQ+ community of important gay pride events and parades globally to offer a complete source for planning your travel. This event calendar includes more than 150 listings, but you can sort and filter the list by region and date to determine where you want to go or when to plan your trip…”
