PSP Lost and Found

Palm Springs International Airport has introduced a major upgrade to its guest experience with the launch of a new online Lost & Found portal, created in partnership with Liff Happens, a leading provider of digital recovery services. Accessible at flyPSP.com/lost, the platform allows travelers to view found items in real time, submit a claim, and arrange return shipping โ€” all without needing to return to the airport. The system is designed to streamline what has traditionally been a stressful process, offering a faster, more transparent, and more convenient way for guests to reconnect with their belongings.

Liff Happens is widely used at major events and destinations across the country, including Coachella, Stagecoach, Austin City Limits, Bonnaroo, and EDC. Palm Springs International Airport is the first airport to adopt the platform, bringing its proven success into the aviation environment. According to Executive Director of Aviation Harry Barrett, Jr., the partnership reflects PSPโ€™s commitment to improving every touchpoint of the traveler journey by reducing uncertainty and making item recovery easier to navigate.

The new portal catalogs found items with photos and key identifying details while masking personal information for security. Travelers can browse listings, verify ownership, and complete the claim process online, including arranging shipment to their home or preferred address. Items may take up to 48 hours to appear in the system, and guests are encouraged to check back or file a claim if their item is not yet listed.

Coโ€‘Founder Benji Friedl notes that airports present a unique opportunity to improve lost and found operations at scale, and PSP is leading the way by prioritizing convenience and guest experience. Travelers who believe theyโ€™ve misplaced an item at the airport can begin the process by visiting flyPSP.com/lost and navigating to the Lost & Found section.
