This class is non-judgmental, safe and fun. A non-intimidating, slow basic practice focused on applying moderate stress to the connective tissues (tendons, fascia, and ligaments) with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility and posture. All are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing. Yoga is practiced in bare feet. Please bring your own mat, towels and refillable bottle.
