The desert's literary landscape continues to grow with the debut of the Palm Spring Book Festival, a new festival designed for the entire Palm Springs community and produced by OUTspoken, a fiscally sponsored nonprofit project dedicated to amplifying diverse voices and stories. The inaugural event takes place March 27–29, 2026, at Festival Theaters (789 E. Tahquitz Canyon Way, Palm Springs).
OUTspoken is a fiscally sponsored project of Social Good Fund, a California nonprofit corporation and registered 501(c)(3) organization, Tax ID (EIN) 46-1323531.
PS Book Fest will feature three days of author conversations, interactive programming, and inclusive events that welcome readers, writers, and story lovers from across the region.
