and raise money to support FREE resources for people with Parkinson’s and caregivers.

Wednesday, April 10, 2024 (Joslyn Senior Center- 73750 Catalina Way, Palm Desert, CA 92260)

• This educational lecture series will be delivered virtually and in-person at a number of venues, including the Cathedral City Senior Center and Joslyn Senior Center. RSVP below!

2nd Annual Charity Bingo

• We’re back for a RAUNCHY good time with Palm Springs Drag Legends, who will preside over several rounds of bingo with prizes, entertainment, and drinks. This fundraiser will be ongoing throughout March and April at The Barracks in Cathedral City (67625 E Palm Canyon Dr, Cathedral City, CA 92234) with a special PRO Staff appearance on April 6th. Doors open at 3:00 PM. Join us April 6th for a 70's-themed costume contest with prizes!

Chocolate & Champagne: Silent Auction & Evening Soirée 2024

• Join us on Wednesday, April 10th from 5-7 PM in Palm Springs, CA to celebrate Parkinson's Awareness Month in style! This intimate cocktail mixer features chocolate desserts from local artisans, a variety of champagnes, musical entertainment, a silent auction, and more.

3rd Annual PRO on the Move: Walk, Ride, or Roll – Saturday, April 27th, multiple locations and multiple times.

• Donate to PRO on the Move 2024 April is Parkinson's Awareness Month, and we're throwing a nationwide celebration of MOVEMENT to bring awareness to Parkinson's, alert people with Parkinson's and their caregivers to the services and support available to them, and to raise funds for Parkinson's Resource Organization so we can continue our work to ensure that no one is isolated because of Parkinson's.  The 3rd Annual PRO on the Move: Walk, Ride, and Roll will take place on Saturday, April 27th. Teams across the country will compete to raise money and design their own method of movement – last year we had walkers, golfers, and window shoppers! To create your team you just need to gather a few friends, register your team, and spread the word. Happy walking!
