The nonprofit organization Boo2Bullying is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a Wellness Festival on September 30 in beautiful Sunrise Park in Palm Springs. Everything is FREE for youth and adult attendees thanks to generous Sponsors and Community Partners. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. Advance registration is recommended at https://boo2bullying.org/events/

On the heels of the National Hockey League (NHL) announcing the complete Anaheim Ducks 2023-24 regular-season schedule presented by UCI Health, The Anaheim Ducks will face off against Arizona Coyotes on Sunday, October 1 at Acrisure Arena, Southern California’s newest 11,000-capacity world-class venue in Greater Palm Springs. The match marks the first NHL game to take place in Palm Springs. Doors open at 2 pm, the puck will drop at 3 pm. This will be the first event at Acrisure Arena featuring teams from the top professional leagues.

The 2023 Palm Springs Tram Road Challenge returns on Saturday, October 21. Run or walk from the desert to the mountains, gaining 2800 feet in 3.7 miles. New this year is our centipede category, where you and your friends and family dress up and get up the mountain together
Take on the Challenge! At the Palm Springs Tram Road Challenge, you'll climb almost 2,000 feet from the desert to the mountains in just 3.7 miles! You'll start at the intersection of Tram Way and Highway 111, with stunning views of the San Jacinto Mountains in front of you and the Coachella Valley behind. Choose to run your way up or take it easy for a nice uphill walk. No matter how you get there, when you reach the finish line, you'll enjoy a post-race festival and health fair. There will be food and awards for the winners. All participants receive a stylish finisher medal, cool race t-shirt, tasty post-race food and drink, and a bus ride back down the hill!! 6K run participants will be professionally timed, with awards for the top three in each age group! Sign up today and get ready to take on the challenge of a lifetime!
The Tramway’s road will be closed until (approximately) 11:00 a.m. on race day. Spectator shuttles will run from 5:30-6:00 a.m. from the Palm Springs Visitors Center (all spectators and participants will be directed to nearby parking lots).

The Wellness Festival has grown substantially since its inception 11 years ago and now has over 80 Health and Wellness booths showcasing the latest in nutrition, exercise techniques.
This year, Benjamin Farber, VP Patient Care & Chief Nursing Officer, Eisenhower Health will be honored with the Health & Wellness Influencer Award and Julie Montante, Owner, 420 Bank Dispensary and Lounge will be given the Community Advocate Award at the Honoree’s Luncheon.
The Palm Springs Health Run & Wellness Festival has now become one of the largest events of its kind in Southern California. Added new this year a Half Marathon along with the USA Track and Field certified 10K and 5K courses has caught the attention of serious runners and nationally recognized health and wellness speakers and presenters. The event benefits Desert Healthcare District and Foundation, Palm Springs Unified School District and United Way of the Desert.
