Lulu California Bistro is marking a major milestone in downtown Palm Springs: 15 years as one of the city’s most beloved dining destinations and community anchors. Since opening in 2011, Lulu has welcomed more than 4 million guests, supported hundreds of local hospitality jobs, and infused the heart of Palm Springs with its signature energy and inclusive spirit. Founders Jerry and the late Barbara Keller built Lulu as a celebration of the city they loved — a vibrant, philanthropic hub that has hosted and supported countless charities, cultural institutions, and LGBTQ+ organizations. This August, local leaders and loyal patrons join Lulu for an official ribbon cutting honoring its economic impact, resilience, and ongoing commitment to the community. And to sweeten the celebration, guests can enjoy free cotton candy during the anniversary weekend, August 21–23.
