The Palm Springs Chamber of Commerce has announced that actor, producer, and LGBTQI+ advocate Jonathan Bennett will be honored with the 483rd star on the Palm Springs Walk of the Stars. The public dedication ceremony will take place on Thursday, November 20 at 11:00 am at 100 S Palm Canyon Dr. in downtown Palm Springs.
Bennett rose to fame with his breakout role in the cult classic Mean Girls and has since built a dynamic career across film, television, and Broadway. He recently starred in Spamalot on Broadway and continues to host Food Networkโs Halloween Wars. His Hallmark Channel contributions include executive producing and starring in the GLAAD Media Award-winning The Groomsmen trilogy and the groundbreaking holiday rom-com The Holiday Sitter.
This season, Bennett stars in A Keller Christmas Vacation and leads Hallmarkโs first unscripted competition series, Finding Mr. Christmas, which searches for the next Hallmark Christmas movie star.

Bennett and his husband, singer and TV host Jaymes Vaughan, are proud Palm Springs residents. Their combined social media following of over 3 million and frequent press featuresโincluding Bennettโs cover story in Palm Springs Life magazineโhighlight their deep connection to the city.
