The Arenas District is about to transform into a dazzling playground of costumes, music, and community celebration as Halloween Palm Springs returns Friday, October 31, followed by the debut of Leather, Fetish & Fantasy on Saturday, November 1. Produced by Hocker Productions, both events are free to attend with a suggested $10 donation supporting DAP Health, Palm Springs Gay Men’s Chorus, Greater Palm Springs Pride, and the LGBTQ+ Community Center of the Desert.

Festivities kick off each day at 2:00 p.m. with street music and live performances from 4:00–10:00 p.m. Attendees can enjoy delicious bites from local vendors including Tacos Amaro Tierro, Pupusas, Palm Springs Kettle Corn, and Agua Fresca.
Headlining the weekend is pop sensation DEV, known for hits like “Bass Down Low” and “In the Dark.” Joining her are powerhouse DJs including MODGIRL, DJ Jeffree, and Meaty Beats by JUAN, each bringing their signature sound to the dance floor.
The Tito’s Handmade Vodka VIP Lounge returns with hosted drinks, in/out privileges, and dedicated restrooms—tickets are $85 at HalloweenPalmSprings.com. Don’t miss the costume contest on Friday night, with registration from 6:00–7:15 p.m. and judging at the main stage at 7:30 p.m.
