Sunset Music & Comedy Festival - PRIDE and VETERAN'S DAY WEEKEND
November 6-9, 2025
One Epic Weekend: PS Pride, Veterans Day & Nonstop Music Collide in Palm Springs!
Check this out—Palm Springs Pride Fest, usually a first-week-of-November event, is shaking things up and landing right on our scheduled Veterans Day Weekend. Coincidence? Maybe. Destiny? Absolutely. We’re leaning all the way in and seizing the moment to celebrate it all! Because what do you get when you mix Pride with a concert steeped in music education? Pure magic—a sonic explosion of culture, community, and pure, unfiltered fun!
When Pride energy meets the power of live music, the result is nothing short of electrifying. Imagine a weekend where every note tells a story, every performance honors a legacy, and every beat fuels both celebration and connection. We’re bringing together iconic artists, rising stars, and unexpected collaborations to entertain, educate, and inspire.
Whether you're here for the music, the knowledge, the movement, or just to dance under the desert sky, this Pride week is about to make history—and you’ll want to be part of it!
The Sunset Music & Comedy Festival brings four days of soul, laughter, and liberation to Palm Springs from Thursday, November 6–Sunday, November 9. Each night offers a distinct celebration: On Thursday, November 6 from 7–8:30 pm opening night kicks off with “Roberta Flack: The Homecoming,” a theatrical jazz-club tribute hosted by Sweet Baby J’ai. On Friday, November 7 at 7 pm “Two Roads: From Roots to Broadway” sets the tone for Veterans Day weekend with powerhouse performances by Tony-nominated jazz vocalist Ann Hampton Callaway and Grammy-nominated Americana-soul artist Amythyst Kiah plus Comedian Jason Stuart! Saturday, November 8 at 7 pm “The Revival” is a spiritual and sonic awakening led by Lady Blackbird plus Southern-fried comedy from Vickie Shaw, and Holly Near with a stirring tribute to the Womyn’s Music movement. The Goddess Groove March on Sunday, November 9 during the Palm Springs Pride Parade is a joyful, high-energy celebration of sisterhood, spirit, and unapologetic pride led by Holly Near.
