Chef Teresa specializes in homemade Italian/Sicilian foods according to traditional recipes of their birth family and the experience acquired over the years. She personally prepares and oversees the dishes on the menu such as homemade gnocchi, ravioli, noodles, sauces, gravy, fresh vegetable soups, and desserts cooked during the day.
They don’t use products stored in cans, use imported Italian products, and have researched the best quality ingredients on the market: fresh vegetables, salads, and fresh fish, with the intention to introduce Palm Springs to good, authentic Italian food.
History
Established in 2015. Owners Teresa and Rosario came from Milan, Italy in February 2015 to set up a restaurant in Palm Springs.
