2nd Annual Taste of Summer Rancho Mirage
The Rancho Mirage Restaurant Association, the Rancho Mirage Chamber of Commerce and the City of Rancho Mirage have teamed up once again to kick off the 2nd Annual Taste of Summer Rancho Mirage, an event whereby participating Rancho Mirage restaurants and resorts have created cool summer specials. There are three installments: July 7 – 16; August 11 – 20; September 8 – 17.
With the purchase of a $10 Taste of Summer wristband, patrons will be able to enjoy $4.00 offers at participating Rancho Mirage restaurants and resorts during the promotion. Wristbands may be purchased at any of the local charities lor at the Rancho Mirage Chamber of Commerce. Get More Details

Weekend of Improv Comedy in Joshua Tree
Enjoy three incredible days of stand-up comedy and improv from July 7th-9th. They've formatted the festival this year with more flexible scheduling during the day and awesome headline entertainment at night!
On Friday, an opening night gala like no other! Launching at 6:30 with a social hour featuring scrumptious heavy hors d'oeuvres, desserts, and a full cash bar, followed at 7:30 by special guest entertainment Francesca Amari, performing YOU MAKE ME LAUGH: A Love Song to Gilda Radner.
Saturday's entertainment includes, from 2:30-5:15, nine incredible stand-up comedians competing to be voted #1. Followed by an outstanding evening show at 7:30. Opening with THE VERY NICK AND ZACH SHOW: NOW IS TIGHT A 30-minute two-person sketch comedy journey written and performed by Zach Fairless and Nick Luciano. Then headliner MELANIE CHARTOFF performs the world premier of her new one-woman show, ODD WOMAN OUT. Music by Doug Katsaros. Chartoff is an improviser and inventor of stories and characters for the page, stage, and screen, including many roles she created on ABC’s late night comedy Fridays, Parker Lewis Can't Lose, The Newhart Show, Wiseguy, Ally McBeal, Touched by an Angel, Seinfeld, and Desperate Housewives. She's heard daily voicing Didi and Minka on Nickelodeon's Rugrats and is a columnist for Jewlarious.com, the Funny Times, Defenestration Magazine, and Oneforthetable.com and currently teaches charismatic presence by means of improv.

Outfest 2017 is on Now

Outfest Los Angeles LGBT Film Festival is eleven days of not to be missed world-class films, panels, and parties. Each summer Outfest Los Angeles screens more than 150 feature and short films to an audience more than 40,000 people. Additional Date Added for Van Morrison at The Show
Legendary performer and songwriter, Van Morrison, will appear at The Show at Agua Casino Resort Spa in Rancho Mirage at 8 PM Oct. 13 and Oct. 14. Tickets for the 2nd show range from $186.50 to $226.50 go on sale July 8. Morrison, who has had over 30 studio albums since his debut in the 1960s, is the voice and pen behind such classic rock standards as Moondance (1970) and Brown Eyed Girl (1967.) This will be Morrison’s first visit to the Coachella Valley and has proven so popular that the second show was added to accommodate all those who want to experience Van Morrison at The Show.
Out on The Mountain 2017
Six Flags Magic Mountain will host a private party for the LGBT community from 6 PM to 1 AM Sept. 22 and Sept. 23. During the 10th annual event, called Out On The Mountain, the entire park goes "rainbow" and provides a safe and inclusive environment of fun for the LGBTQ community, with rides, dance party, performers and thrills such as the New Revolution Galactic Attack and Justice League: Battle for Metropolis.
