Take a step back in time as Desert Regional Medical Center presents Dezart Performs’ fourth annual fundraising event, ON THE AIR! AN EVENING OF LIVE RADIO SHOW CLASSICS. This extravaganza recreates some of radio’s funniest and most memorable shows from the 1940s and ‘50s including the hilarious “game show” IT PAYS TO BE IGNORANT, Ray Bradbury’s sci-fi thriller MARS IS HEAVEN, and the classic MY FRIEND IRMA. This unforgettable evening of celebrities, live music and sound effects is “the must-see event” of the season!

A Very Sordid Palm Springs!
One cannot separate the success of the Sordid Lives movie and TV franchise from Palm Springs, a fact embraced by the creative team bringing the world premiere of the long-awaited sequel, A Very Sordid Wedding, to the Camelot Theatres this weekend. Later this month, Leslie Jordan, star of everything Del Shores does (Just about), headlines at Cathedral City LGBT Days. And the Dessert Rose Playhouse is presenting one of Del's plays, Southern Baptist Sissies.

BNP Paribas Open Opens!

The BNP Paribas Open is the largest two-week combined ATP World Tour Masters 1000 and WTA Premier professional tennis tournament in the world. It is held annually in March and features the top men and women professional players competing in a 96 singles draw and 32 doubles draw. The tournament offers more than $10 million in prize money with each of the Champions earning a $1 million prize purse. It is the only professional tournament in the world that provides Hawkeye, the official line-challenge system for players, on all match courts for both main and qualifying rounds. More Info
TG Mondays Monthly Luncheon March 13

Transgender Community Coalition would like to invite you to a transgender social event on the second Monday of each month called TG Mondays.
It's a great time to connect with others of like minds. From 5:00 PM -7:30 ish are Transgender people and their allies and from 8:00 PM -10:00 PM the TV's and CD's come out dressed to impress. Admirers are welcome as long as they are respectful and are gentlemen.
Bongo Johnny's has offered a percentage of their sales to go into the Raina Chessman Fund to help out the local Transgender community during life emergencies. More Info
