The LGBTQ Community Center of the Desert (The Center) is thrilled to announce the acquisition of over 33,000 square feet of land located across the street from our McDonald Wright building, with frontage on both Palm Canyon and Indian Canyon Drives. This significant purchase was made possible by a generous donation from Arnie Kassoy. In recognition of his remarkable contribution, these lots will eventually become the Arnold Kassoy Campus of The LGBTQ Community Center of the Desert.
Arnie’s gift ensures The Center’s impact will be preserved for future generations, providing the capacity to expand operations, enhance programs, serve more beneficiaries, and adapt to the evolving needs of our community. His contribution not only demonstrates confidence in The Center’s mission and vision but also inspires others to invest in its long-term success.
