These communities are a mix of condominiums, planned unit developments, townhouses, and apartments. We have clients today that have been with us since our inception!
Founded by John and Calista Warfield in 1983, our company has served Coachella Valley residents in all facets of the common interest development industry. We remain locally owned and operated and are active participants in the Coachella Valley community. You will see our staff members on local service Boards, charitable foundations, and coaching and sponsoring youth sport teams. As valley residents for over 50 years, the Warfield family recognizes and accepts the responsibility we have for participating in our community.
