Norma’s Italian Kitchen was opened in 2015 by Ron and Norma Hare. Together they owned and operated successful eateries in the Coachella Valley for over twenty-five years including the legendary Ciro’s Italian Restaurant.
In 2019, Charlene (Ron and Norma’s daughter) along with her husband Harry Constantine and friends Ron Stewart and Carlos Sosa purchased the restaurant.
Operating as Norma’s Italian Kitchen of Rancho Mirage the same formula guides each day – be actively involved in the community, employ a team of exceptional people, use high quality ingredients, carefully prepare each menu item, and deliver value and a smile with every plate.
