The Ultimate Umami Burger: A blend of Creekstone farms ribeye, short rib, and brisket. Blended with that is 25% cultivated mushrooms we have king oyster, maitake, shiitake, and portobella. This luxurious burger also has onions done in two techniques pickled and fried for crunch. Two types of cheese, Sotocenere and parmesan cheese in the form of a frico. With two condiments a black truffle-foie gras aioli, and smoked bacon-togorashi jam. All in between a brioche bun with bib lettuce.
