Brad Fuhr Caricature

Just in time for the holidays, the Palm Springs Bureau of Tourism has embarked a new campaign about locals supporting locals called, We Are Palm Springs. According to the BOT, “The campaign is all about unity — celebrating the connection between our business owners and the community. Palm Springs is more than just a destination, it’s the people that hold this community together. From our unique restaurants and resorts to our locally owned shops and retailers, we are utilizing images and videos of people and local businesses with messages of shop, dine and play local and the “We Are Palm Springs” message.”

We look forward to supporting the campaign here in the coming days and weeks as our valley-wide business community struggles to stay afloat during the pandemic.  It will be a very muted Christmas next week and an even quieter New Year’s Eve in just two weeks.  Our editorial team was scouring the interwebs for NYE events and found very little.  And that’s a good thing given the hospitalization numbers.  Stay Safe and Stay Home (except to shop and order carryout).
