Our local version of the “Miss America” pageant – The Best of the Desert Awards is happening through Sept. 22nd. We are shamelessly inviting you to ‘vote for me!’ in the many categories where we show up. All the details below, but I’m proud of our team who creates the on-air and online magic you hear and see each day. Honorable mention: TV Weather Reporter Jerry Steffen, who provides daily forecasts on our sister station KMEE 103.1 MeTV FM.
This competition will be followed by voting for the Best of Coachella Valley from CV Independent. The two are easily confused, so watch this space for another shameless ask for votes !
