The Sugar Witch and Into the Woods
Just in time for Halloween month–er, October–we have two “witchy” offerings opening this weekend from local theatre companies!
The Desert Rose Playhouse presents The Sugar Witch, by Nathan Sanders, starting Friday, October 5 and closing Sunday, October 28. This dark, Southern Gothic play features an old Florida family living in grave danger as the last in a long line of folk-tale witches attempts to end the curse placed on their heads by the dying words of her very own grandmother.
