Pelvic floor dysfunction is a common condition that can lead to pain, incontinence or the inability to correctly relax and coordinate the muscles in your pelvic floor to urinate or have a bowel movement. Many men also may have problems having or maintaining an erection (erectile dysfunction or ED).
