The LGBTQ Center presents Seated Wellness with Lynn Simonson.
Our Seated Wellness program has been carefully crafted by facilitator Lynn Simonson to help participants improve their overall health, and specially benefiting those with mobility issues. During Lynn’s practice, participants will learn to increase ranges of motion through holding poses on a chair while incorporating breathing and meditation techniques into the practice. Join Lynn on Thursdays via ZOOM to enjoy an hour on healthy physical health practice from the comfort and safety of your own home or office.
$30 per month / Participants are required to pay monthly within the first five (5) days of each month.
